Stand a little taller this fall

K Pilates Studio

K Pilates Studio

Pilates is about how you feel in your body day to day: standing straighter, moving easier, getting up without thinking twice. At K Pilates Studio in Dorval, classes are small, and certified instructors guide every level, so you get real attention from your first class.

Founder Katia has been helping West Islanders feel at home in their bodies since 2012, and many of her instructors trained right at the studio.

West Island Buzz readers can try their first class for $24 (regularly $40).
